Is it possible to compile ex1_01.cpp using opensource compilers?

Yes, sooner or later I will find all the includes and resolve (or not) compilation errors in the print_workaround.h file, but all other readers of your book will have to go through this

I got a setup that works on Ubuntu (Linux) with vscode using the latest gcc version. It can use the "import std;" module as the book presents:
