docs: fix simple typo, tranaction -> transaction

There is a small typo in 04_6_Creating_a_Segwit_Transaction.md, 11_3_Using_CSV_in_Scripts.md.

Should read `transaction` rather than `tranaction`.

They're what you're going to natively use for more transactions and receipts of money. The details are no more relevant at this point than the details of how most of Bitcoin works.
