feat: Set up Astro project with Starlight integration, added configuration files, and initial content structure. Updated .gitignore to include build artifacts and environment files. Removed index.html and LICENSE files. Added package.json and package-lock.json for dependency management.

+
+Inside of your Astro + Starlight project, you'll see the following folders and files:

+Starlight looks for `.md` or `.mdx` files in the `src/content/docs/` directory. Each file is exposed as a route based on its file name.
