Add a field to mark broken links as working to multiple links edit form

My self-hosting config is broken, and sometimes, the internet comes down.
When this occurs, LinkAce marks several links as down.

Please add a way to mark several links at working at once. The simplest way I can see to do this is to add a field to the multiple links edit form.
