How to install version 3.x?

WARNING Version v3.0 would support only php 7.0+. Please, update your composer config if needed.

in the README.

However, I don't see any commits that tagged with 3.x. So I'm wondering how can I install version 3.x, or it just doesn't exist. Thanks!

Looking forward for an update as well. We are waiting for version 3 in order to update to Symfony 4. I can contribute if necessarily.

There isn't version 3.x But we'll start work and We can comment here #146 about it. :)
