Create two separate onboarding tutorials for new users so they can quickly understand the complete flow, capabilities, and power of Postpipe based on their use case.

Problem

New users may feel overwhelmed by the platform’s features and may not fully understand how to get started, which can reduce activation and retention.

Requested Improvements

1. Tutorial for Non-Technical / Business Users

A simple guided flow to help users:

Understand what Postpipe does
Create their first form
Connect a database or spreadsheet
Set up automations / notifications
Embed forms on websites
Track submissions and analytics

Goal:
Help business users launch their first workflow without needing technical knowledge.

2. Tutorial for Developers / Technical Users

A detailed onboarding flow to help developers:

Understand Postpipe Studio, Forge, and Piko AI
Create projects using Forge templates
Connect databases securely
Set up authentication
Enable RBAC presets
Use APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Deploy production-ready apps

Goal:
Show developers the full power of the ecosystem and reduce setup friction.

3. Interactive Product Tour

Include:


Step-by-step guided walkthroughs
Tooltips and highlights
Demo project examples
Progress tracking


4. Learning Resources

Provide:

Quick start docs
Video walkthroughs
Sample templates
FAQ / troubleshooting links
