Hi, I was using scABC to process some scATAC-seq files. However, there are an errors (No function getCountsMatrix2) in the processing. I check the original scABC.R and find the getCountsMatrix2 file, but in read_data.R, it is getCountsMatrix function. Is it a mistake or some files are missing?
