Unpin claude-code-action from v1.0.88 once symlink bug is fixed upstream

We pinned anthropics/claude-code-action to v1.0.88 in #1613 because v1.0.89 introduced a cpSync ENOENT crash on repos with symlinked CLAUDE.md.

Upstream tracking:

• Fix PR: fix: dereference symlinks when snapshotting sensitive paths to .claude-pr/ anthropics/claude-code-action#1186
• Bug report: cpSync crashes with ENOENT when sensitive paths are symlinks anthropics/claude-code-action#1187
• Root cause (Bun bug): cpSync fails with ENOENT when copying symlinks into non-existent directories oven-sh/bun#28997

Once the fix PR ships in a new release, revert the pin back to @v1 in both:

• .github/workflows/claude-code-review.yml
• vibetuner-template/.github/workflows/claude-code-review.yml
