Moving from SD Card into the eMMC?

Is it possible to move OpenWRT from the SD Card into the eMMC?
If so, how?

I used the instructions from the FriendlyELEC wiki to install the OpenWRT image to the eMMC (https://wiki.friendlyelec.com/wiki/index.php/NanoPi_R5S#Option_2:_Install_OS_on_Web_Page).
