M2 Wifi support?

Hi there,
I'm just wondering about using this with M2 wifi cards such as those listed on the friendly elec wiki for the R5C, and whether this image works with the R5C?

The NanoPi R5C is supported by the patches from ImmortalWrt as well, but I prefer not to include it in the builds as I don't own a device to verify it boots at least. It might even be possible that the R5S images work out of the box.
Regarding Wifi, check OpenWrt support for those chipsets. If OpenWrt supports it then there is a good chance that the M2 module will work!

I used a NVME-to-Wifi Converter board to add a mediatek MT7922 mini PCI card. After installing pciutils and running lspci it gets recognized.

Unfortunately I did not manage to install the according kmod-mt7922 yet (some errors not finding packages because of the image state), but I'm trying to fix this.

Installing kmod-* packages seems to fail with pkg_hash .... - I tried these instructions but they did not work. Probably I need to build a custom image / fork the repo to add a custom seed.

Would you consider making the name of the seed a comma separated TEXT VARIABLE in the github workflow instead of having two checkboxes mini and full? That would make running actions on forks with custom seeds a bit easier...

It's not that easy to make a list because it translates to steps in the NanoPi build github action. I would recommend you to update the full seed file in your fork with your custom changes instead
