QSQLCioher files don't exist when type make command after cmake . In repo pull

Hi,
I tried your instructions to build QSQLCipher wrapper as a requirement for openMittsu but the .cpp and .h files are missing from GitHub since sqlcipher files on GitHub are in repo 5.13 now instead of 5.13.11 or whatever and it returns 404 error when trying to pull it. Can you please fix it?
