How to get the outliers position

I have already run BGC and plot BGC results, see below. How can I get the outlier SNP position in each chromosome?

Hi again,
In the file of get_bgc_outliers, there were two column named "alpha/beta.excess" and "alpha/beta.outlier", what's the difference between these two values?
