Option to disable animation of animated emoji in nickname

I came across a post from a user with :terminal_cursor: in his nickname which is a blinking cursor and find it very distractive. An option to disable animation (or hide emojis from username like Elk) would be handy

I think maybe to allow a way to easily override CSS (custom.css?). That would give almost full control.
