Agenda Items Status -> Rename to more "friendly names"

Description

When we look at the list of status on an agenda item that has had a decision taken, we have those status that are a bit hard to read

CONFRMED
DEEMADPT
DEFERIND
INT_FAIL
NOQUORUM
NOTADOPT
NO_ACTN
WO_RECS

We should replace those by what is actually shown on the city of Toronto website, ex, DEEMADPT is "deemed adopted"

Those ones are probably ok on their own:
Adopted
Amended
Postpone
Received
Referred
Rescind
Withdraw

That list is taken from the column itemStatus in the table RawAgendaItemConsiderations
