API to get transcription

As someone who has motor disabilities and a developer, I would very much appreciate to be able to use its transcription to be able to have something that would make it easy to type like specific dev languages keywords (while, if etc...) with just speech-to-text.

Having an API to be able to easily get access to transcriptions and add custom shortcuts or stuff like that would be great.

Maybe it already exists so that's why I put a Q&A as the topic.

PS: I would gladly do the PR for that feature if needed.
