Homarr - Update compose Template to use the new repo and rebuild Version

Hello There!
Looks like homarr has been moved to ghcr.io/homarr-labs/homarr and Updated to a completly rebuild version with some breaking changes.

Status

I was working on it but I can't make the ENCRYPTION KEY to work... this is the docker compose I ended up with, when we use a hard coded key, (from https://homarr.dev/docs/getting-started/installation/docker#installation) it works, but not with SERVICE_PASSWORD_64 or BASE64_64

This is the docker compose, feel free to use it and fix the problem

The changes I did :

• Data directory changed from /data to /appdata (backup required)
• Removed /app/data/configs and /app/public/icons volume mounts
• Added Redis dependency for real-time messaging
• Export old dashboards via UI before upgrading and import after upgrade
