Is it possible to get full XML code completion when using an IDE other than Visual Studio?

I’m an Android development enthusiast and I’d like to try writing a native Android app using .NET. As I only have a MacBook, I’ve tried installing Rider and VS Code, but I’ve noticed that neither seems to support XML code completion. I’d like to know whether this is down to me doing something wrong, or if there’s a recommended way to go about it.

I have installed .NET for Android workloads and vscode ,rider+rider-android-support

Android Studio has this, I have heard there is a way to edit your layouts in a .NET project there.

You might also look for a general Android VS Code extension for this.
