[Bug] When hiding rows, the image below does not move along with them

Expected behavior

When hiding rows, images with the anchor property set to "move" should move along

Actual behavior

bug1: When the image's Anchor Properties are set to "Move but don't size with cells",
the image should move along, but it does not.
bug2: When the image's Anchor Properties are set to "Move and size with cells",
the image moves along, but there is an error in the console.
