use Python-2.0 instead of Python-2.0.1

NOTE: SPDX includes [Python-2.0.1](https://spdx.org/licenses/Python-2.0.1.html) which is almost identical to  [Python-2.0](https://spdx.org/licenses/Python-2.0.html). It would be more accurate to use the former, but it does not appear to be supported.
