+The original work was released under the MIT License. The infringing user (RealTenzo) copied [private] source code verbatim into their repository (txc-rooter). However, they completely removed [private] name and the required copyright notice from the LICENSE file and the repository. Even though the user modified the ImGui UI to display their own name, the core underlying codebase was directly copied from [private] repository without the required attribution.  
+By failing to provide proper attribution, they violated the sole condition of the MIT License. This violation revokes their right to use the code and constitutes direct copyright infringement.
