Error Logs from Magento to help aid fix in shopping cart payment processing

Hello! I contacted your support department the other day with an issue with payments not being able to be processed when checking out of the shopping cart. Your support department stated that a fix could not be completed as our payment processing is through NCR Secure Pay. I have been in contact with support in regards to NCR Secure Pay and they suspect the problem is that NCR Secure Pay made updates and Magento is not supporting those updates. The support helping me to resolve this issue needs the error logs from the back end of our Magento account to see what is going on and hopefully resolve my issue. Are you able to email me those error logs?
