Are you talking about tabs within the workspaces? |

This is the single biggest feature that keeps me going back to Currently, I want full pane tabs under each workspaces to be able to keep dev servers running in 1 tab and 2nd tab onwards can be the agents CLIs. |

It would be really nice to have this working like ghostty does: each tab can have splits, rather than each split can have tabs |

A useful addition to cmux would be tabs inside each workspace. Instead of a workspace having only one window, tabs would let you switch between multiple views within the same workspace. For example, one tab could be a single fullscreen terminal for focused work, another could contain several split terminals for multitasking (each with multiple tabs), and a third could be used for an integrated browser or reference view. This would make workspaces much more flexible by letting users organize different contexts without creating entirely separate workspaces.
