# Commercial License

This Commercial License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the project maintainer ("Licensor") and any individual or entity ("Licensee") who wishes to use the software library (the "Software") for commercial purposes. ## 1. Dual Licensing
The Software is dual-licensed under:
- Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0-or-later) for open source use
- This Commercial License for commercial/proprietary use

## 2. Commercial License Grant
Subject to payment of the applicable license fee and Licensee's compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software in Licensee's proprietary software products without the restrictions of the AGPL-3.0-or-later license.

## 4. Commercial Benefits
- No requirement to open-source your application code
- No requirement to distribute source code with your application
- Legally safe usage in proprietary products

## 5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

## 7. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement for Licensee's material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to Licensee terminate and Licensee will cease use and distribution of the Software. Sections 5 (Warranty Disclaimer) and 6 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination.
