Add option to add custom gains for input of emulation

Input EEnv could be scaled up or down without changing the data itself.

• adjusting voltage might be less desired, but
• a variable current could help

Pros:

• keeps original data intact
• would allow to research how i.e. 10 % more energy would change the behavior
• saves a lot of storage, as 1 version would replace an V/I-array with various versions
