Reconciler broken in ClojureScript 1.10.*

The reconciler is broken in ClojureScript 1.10.* due to bind-query not handling the new MapEntry type correctly.

Thought we've already had a new release with that fix and tried to understand if it was something I did the broke the reconciler. Not complaining :) Just adding a +1 for an om.next release with this fixed. Pretty please @swannodette when you get some free time. Om.Next rocks anyway! Thank you!
