As I see it, your BMS has SW version 19, so something seems to have changed in terms of communication.
As described here #7, my script works up to version 15. I originally wrote it for V11.

We would now have to see what has changed and adapt it, but I don't have V19 BMS here.

I have a rooted phone i can send you a bluetooth dump of me using the app next weekend

It won't be that easy.
You'll have to break it down a little.
The BLE connection is completely different for me and syssi. He uses ESP Home components, I use NimBLE.
BLE is very tricky, e.g., it didn't work with the standard BLE from Arduino no matter what I tried.

It's best to start by building a basic script that only tries to connect.
