To help PyLadies chapters promote and support PyLadiesCon, we need to prepare a set of communication and design resources they can easily use and share with their communities. This includes an outreach email, visuals, and templates for creating meetup events or posts.

✅ Tasks

• Prepare a blog post explaining how PyLadies chapters can support PyLadiesCon
• Draft an outreach email with links and promotional resources
• Design social media images and banners for chapter use
• Create a folder with editable templates (Google Docs, Canva, etc.)
• Prepare a template for chapters to create their own meetup event
• Review and finalize all materials
• Send the outreach email to all PyLadies chapters
