Reorganize categories to 3-level hierarchy: category -> subcategory -> article (#40)
Restructure index.html with: - 8 main categories (h2): Creative Arts & Culture, Martial Arts & Wellness, Games & Entertainment, Academics & Intellectual Pursuits, Knowledge & Self-Development, Culture & Society, Governance & Politics, and Ecology & Sustainability - Subcategories (h3) for better content organization within each main category - All 30 articles properly organized under their relevant subcategories - Added Future Topics section showing available category placeholders Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
