[Studio] Language Understanding category improvement suggestions

By using Tock Studio with my teams on daily basis, we have noticed a few issues accros different parts of the interface. Some sections could be clearer, more consistent, and easier to use.

This issue groups the main improvement subject identified for the Language Understanding pages and related sections.
