Try running the sh file with a "./" in the front of it.

I'm encountering the same problem. I haven't used a Docker container; instead, I installed it directly on my PC. Earlier, you suggested running a .sh file, but there are multiple .sh files. Which one should I run? Please let me know.

I would recommend using a docker container to avoid dependency issues.
To answer your question, it is mentioned in the readme to use which sh file for launching the sim and uXRCE and Gazebo Bridge. You can ignore other .sh files for running this repo.
