Heroku deployment instructions need updating

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the instructions for setting up hammock on Heroku. When I go to my Hammock app, I get an HTTP 500 error.

1. Is there any way to debug this?
2. It seems like the cause might be that https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-php.git#redis 's reference to redit is incorrect? Do I need to use a multiple buildpacks (one for php and one for redis) and a .buildpacks file (could not seem get this to work either)?
