docs: Update README with clear setup instructions

- Add Quick Setup Overview section
- Link to INSTALLATION.md for detailed steps
- Add prerequisites checklist (GitHub token, Discord bot)
- Include step-by-step overview before detailed guide
- Make it clear users need to create Discord bot and GitHub token first
- Add references to installation and technical docs
