We don't actually require this for anything .. we have those old interop DLLs checked in. We can delete this section.

We don't build an installer anymore .. actually I think even VS 2022 no longer supports this project format?
We should delete that directory from the codebase. But go ahead and remove this bullet from the readme.

Overall this is really good -- thanks. We should do a scrub of "Alternative" .. trying to brand this as "Falcon BMS Launcher". Even though the exe name still says "Alternative".. (it's a pain to change that in the official install and update scripts.)

I revamped the README with more details about what the Launcher is and how to use it.
My goal is to provide clear guidance to new users on how to get started.
