- Cleaned up dependabot yaml, removing unnecessary grouping and adding more specific grouping.
- Updated NuGet packages to latest minor versions, except xunit.runner.visualstudio which was upgraded to the latest major version
…version, except xunit.runner.visualstudio which went up a major version. Tests passing and sample app ok.
