⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• Refer migration guide for details. Support for Node.js < v20 is dropped.
• Some people were using iron-webcrypto just for base64/buffer functions. That was never the intention of this library and those methods were meant to be internal. People wanting just the utils should use something like uint8array-extras instead.
