Thanks David for your patch. However you shouldn't mix in the same pull request two different concerns, so please create a separate one for the release-related changes (and you should discuss with @benkonrath for that matter).

Updated Burkina Faso NORDEA IBAN code length and added Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Comoros, Morocco, Niger, Chad, and Togo to the NORDEA_COUNTRY_CODE_LENGTH dict in localflavor/generic/validators.py based on the updated NORDEA list from https://www.nordea.com/en/doc/nordea-country-and-currency-list.pdf.
