Fix Events Timeline date inputs not emitting state changes on manual edit

Timeline updates via slider but not when manually typing dates and pressing Enter or blurring. Root cause: date text inputs only had (input) binding that validates format but never emits the change.

Event handlers (dual-date-picker.component.html)

• Added (blur) and (keyup.enter) handlers to Start/End date inputs to emit on manual edit

<issue_description>Describe the bug
When manually updating the Start and End timestamps in the text box, the timeline is not updated accordingly. Using the slide bar works as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to the Cluster view Events page
• Update the start date to something extending the scale (going "back in time")
• Timeline not updated when clicking off/tabbing away/refreshing/pressing Enter key/clicking on any other button

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Timeline window is automatically updated upon clicking off or pressing Enter key
