Thanks @dzhalaevd ! I wasn't aware about the possibility to include a kind of inline help with the action-hint config option. Looking forward to see this in action.

Need extra settings to chronographer for skipping check pr which has
skip-changelogbecause a few PR is internal and non affect on userCloses: #1407
How it was fixed
Add new behavior is using the
skip-changeloglabel to skip changelog checksNote: We need to be create new label
