That "Anywhere on Earth" link is more confusing than worthwhile, IMO.

Thanks, you're right. The important bit is that we consider PRs that were submitted on that date, anywhere from earth. We don't need to precisely communicate this to applicants.

If you can't make this deadline, we encourage you to participate next year.
