This updates the base image to node:current-buster (node 16 on debian 10/buster).
Also adds the linux dependencies required to operate headless chrome on debian 10/buster.
Last but not least,
yarn auditlisted quite a few high/critical dependencies, which is why I have updated many of the npm dependencies.
