Bump firebase/php-jwt to ^7.0 (CVE in 6.x)
Updates the dependency from the 6.x line to ^7.0 to address a security issue (CVE) in the 6 branch. The plugin’s JWT usage (Auth.php) is compatible with the v7 API (JWT::decode with Key), so no code changes were required beyond the version constraint in composer.json.
